Cancellation Policy
To cancel an eBook, print book, or video order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Email support@sparkrenapub.com with your order details or payment transaction ID for quick assistance. Please be aware that Sparkrena Publishing can only offer cancellations or refunds under specific circumstances outlined in our Return Policy. This includes cases where a replacement is necessary for a damaged or defective print book. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed outside of these conditions.
