Incorrect, Damaged, or Delayed Print Books

If the print book you received is incorrect, damaged, or delayed, please email our Support Team at support@sparkrenapub.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Accidental or Incorrect Orders:

For accidental or incorrect orders of eBooks, videos, or print books, contact us at support@sparkrenapub.com within one hour of placing the order, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

Replacements and Refunds

You can choose a replacement or a refund for problem items (damaged, defective, or incorrect). Refunds are processed within 10 to 12 working days after confirmation from our Support Team. For multiple-item orders, we’ll refund only the cost of the affected item.

Free Shipping Orders

If your purchase qualified for free shipping, no shipping costs will be refunded.

Damaged Print Books:

If your print book arrives damaged or with a material defect, email us within 14 days of receiving the item at support@sparkrenapub.com, including evidence of the damage. We will work to provide a replacement copy, if needed
